At TAB, we are working to accomodate clients from any locations as well as taking health and safety concerns into consideration.
Virtual design is accomplished while still providing clients with the same components of a project that would normally be done during our traditional, in person, process...but all through virtual meetings, emails, and phone calls. Virtual design includes (but is not limited to) architectural drawings, multiple presentation options, renderings, and we still collect as many physical samples as possible as normal. Samples can be sent to the client for final approval or if we get to a point where we can meet in person, we can view these together as we love personal interaction with our clients when it is safe to do so! If you are in another state, we arrange for delivers to products to local receiving agents that offer white glove delivery, we can arrache for local tradesmen/women as needed, and even contractors for you to interview. We are experienced and here to assist with our clients needs with their best interest at heart!
E-design is a little different and can also be known as virtual decorating or online interior design. E-design is generally much more affordable and quicker as it is meant for smaller projects that generally consist of finishes only (ex: furniture, readymade drapery, pillows, artwork, paint pallets, accessories, etc). This is not to say that you do not receive individual and unique design, but is gerally speaking for in stock or retail finish needs only. E-design is a wonderful collaboration between yourself and TAB, with work being done on both ends so that the typical design timeline is sped up considerably. All of the communication, like virtual design, is done by phone, email, or virtual meetings.
With all this new information, we hope this helps you figure out the best fit for your upcoming projects... but if you still have questions on the process for these options above, we are more than happy to have a conversation and set up a virtual meeting to discuss further and review a current project help understand.
